2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall apply to that entity.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 777cz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above . You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 777cz reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777cz Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777cz makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 777cz accepts no liability in connection with such access.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the 777cz Platform only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated balances (including real money balances) may be forfeited.
3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 777cz will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Member.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 777cz may, at its discretion and at any time, require a Member to complete KYC verification by submitting government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 777cz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 777cz immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account security by contacting our support team via live chat.
4.3 Account Currency. All 777cz Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are all recorded and displayed in PKR. 777cz does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 777cz reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Members will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Member upon request following standard KYC verification.
4.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 777cz support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last-used payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or compliance checks.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777cz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the 777cz Platform is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred). 777cz reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Member's Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via banking channels may take longer depending on the Member's bank. 777cz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) complied with all applicable Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same Member, subject to platform availability.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 777cz aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays or compliance review requirements.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 777cz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 777cz reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect that funds are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 777cz are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is displayed on the relevant promotion page. Not all game types contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements — contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account automatically. 777cz is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a specific promotion expressly permits the combination of multiple bonuses, only one bonus offer may be active on a Member's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without explicit permission constitutes misuse and may result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. 777cz takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; making low-risk, high-coverage bets designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising genuine risk; participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other members; and any other strategy that 777cz reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of fair promotional participation. 777cz reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
6.6 No-Deposit and Free Play Offers. Where 777cz offers no-deposit bonuses or free-play credits, maximum withdrawal amounts from winnings generated by such offers will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. 777cz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any no-deposit offer at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Availability. The games available on the 777cz Platform are subject to change at any time without notice. 777cz does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, provider, or market.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All casino games on the 777cz Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software malfunction, connection error, or any other technical failure that causes a game round to be interrupted or incorrectly resolved, 777cz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered stake to the Member's Account. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction are void and will not be paid out. The decision of 777cz regarding malfunctions is final.
7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on the 777cz Platform are subject to separate sportsbook rules, including rules on settlement, void bets, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform and apply in conjunction with these Terms.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. 777cz reserves the right to impose maximum single-session or single-bet winnings limits. Where a maximum payout limit applies to a specific game or event, this will be communicated within the game or market information. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cz Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 777cz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. 777cz will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected criminal activity.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cz Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10.3 Any unauthorised use of 777cz intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

11.2 777cz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of loss, 777cz's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, 777cz's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 777cz shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
12.1 777cz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 777cz Privacy Policy.
12.2 777cz will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 777cz, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Data requests can be submitted to the 777cz support team via live chat.
13.1 777cz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 13.2 Your continued use of the 777cz Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.
14.1 777cz reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 777cz is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) 777cz reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the Account; or (d) continued provision of services to the Member would expose 777cz to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
14.2 Upon termination for breach, 777cz reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately found, verified real money balances will be returned to the Member via their last-used payment method.
14.3 Termination of a Member's Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cz holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and 777cz, the Member should first contact the 777cz support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. 777cz will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 777cz operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority and dispute escalation procedures are available upon request from the 777cz support team.
15.4 Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
